 About the band
 Metal Urbain, one of the first French punk rock bands, was formed in Paris in 1976. They were the flagship band of the French punk scene in the pre-Bérurier Noir era. Metal Urbain's violent sound, featuring synthesizers, trashy guitars, and drum machines, gained recognition far beyond France's borders.
